Should Your Air Conditioning Technician be NATE Certified, and Factory Authorized?

When you choose Sean McCutcheon’s Air Conditioning and Heating, Inc. for your air conditioning maintenance, repair, or replacement, you get knowledgeable, well-trained and highly experienced technicians.

Our Technicians are North American Technician Excellence (NATE) certified, which means they are tested on real working knowledge of HVAC and HVAC/R Systems.

Nate Certified HVAC technicians are preferred by both consumers and general contractors because they require fewer call backs, the job is done right the first time, and they take pride in doing quality work.

Manufacturers and distributors prefer NATE Certified air conditioning technicians because they know the systems will be properly installed, and there will be less warranty returns.

  6. A new warning has been issued at http://heatexch.com/heat/warnings-about-portable-air-conditioners/. This warning calculated that for a 9.5 EER portable A/C, 30% more capacity is needed to remove the waste heat by the compressor and fan placed inside the room. A single hose unit may suck in another 20% heat from outside to the room.
